Our terms and conditions of sale
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this website. This website is owned and operated by ArtRebels Aps, Flæsketorvet 17-19, 1711 Copenhagen V, Denmark. VAT Registration 30280210.
By placing an order with ArtRebels.com you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact our customer service via email at info@artrebels.com or call us at +45 26 22 33 73 or +45 21 43 82 26 before placing your order with us.
Registration and login
You do not need to login or register in order to browse ArtRebels.com. However, you cannot purchase items in the shop unless you have registered your details (your name, email address, telephone number and shipping address). Use the login control to login as a returning customer, or to register at the site for the first time. Your login details are stored securely on the ArtRebels servers, and remain confidential. We will not sell your data to third parties or share your data with other companies.
You warrant that all information supplied by you in using this website is true and accurate and that you have the legal authority to purchase goods or services using this website.
By accepting these terms and conditions, you authorize us to use, store or otherwise process any personal information which related to and identifies you to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the services which are available through our website.
Prices
Artrebels sells music, downloads, clothes, art, design & visuals. We accept the following credit cards: DanKort, eDankort, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express & JCB. All prices are given in Danish Kroner as well as shown in Euros. Danish VAT (25%) is included in all prices delivery costs are not.
If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the European Union (EU) then VAT will be deducted at the checkout stage and this will be shown on your invoice. If your order is being dispatched to a country which is a member state of the EU then the total price will include VAT at the current rate.
Please note that ArtRebels.com has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable.
You must pay by debit or credit card at the time of the order. The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. We may change the price of any product before you place an order. We will inform you if a product's correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order.
Payment
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. All contracts are concluded in English.
When you place an order with ArtRebels.com a confirmation of your order and the amount charged to your credit card, will be sent to the email address you have registered with us. This document will contain your unique order number and details of the items you have purchased. Please keep this documentation somewhere safe in the unlikely event you have a problem. We do not confirm nor withdraw the given transaction from your account until the goods are shipped from ArtRebels or any of the other distrubuters connected to ArtRebels.com.
Payment methods: we accept Dankort,
VisaDankort, Visa, Visa electron, Maestro and Mastercard. All prices
are payed in DKK but also shown in Euros at the given rate
the day of purchase.
Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. If an item is temporarily out of stock, please contact us if you wish to be notified, when the item is available again.
ArtRebels Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the products that you have purchased you may return them to us within 14 days after you have received the product(s) and by following the procedure set out below. ArtRebels will offer you an exchange provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and fully labeled. Except where items are faulty and a replacement is not available, refunds for items may be given and only at the discretion of ArtRebels.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
ArtRebels will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been delivered with no tags, you should notify us by email on the same day. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. We cannot accept items for return or exchange if they have been damaged in the wash.
All goods must be returned within 14 days of the day you receive the package. Returns received outside the above time frames will not be accepted. In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly canceled, ArtRebels will have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Union (EU). It is the customer’s responsibility to retain copies of all tracking information and to ensure that the returned goods arrive with ArtRebels within the above stated time frame. Please note that ArtRebels does not accept liability for returned goods.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting or the relevant couriers airway bills and documentation. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and you are advised to arrange your own insurance. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage / transport where the item returned is faulty.
We will only accept returns provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
Exchanging items
We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange something, please email us your required size and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock. We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different item. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
To make an exchange you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
Exchanges must be made within 14 days after you receive your order. Exchanges outside of this period will not be accepted. When returning an order or partial order a copy of your original sales receipt must be enclosed.
Returning faulty items
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods we have delivered to you were damaged on arrival. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Where possible items may be repaired on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and repairable. Repairs do not come with any guarantees.
We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. We can only replace faulty items for the same item in the same size. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when returning the item.
In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs occurred. Please note that refunds onto credit cards can take up to 30 days and are subject to your bank’s refund regulations.

Cancellation and Returns
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. If you want to cancel your order, you need to notify us in writing by e-mail within those 14 days. Once you have notified us, any sum debited from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.
This applies to all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where the item has been unsealed. Furthermore, we do not accept cancellation of contracts if the product purchased is on sale. Please note that we are unable to accept cancellation of, or returns for, digital items once downloading has commenced.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Union (EU).
Security
We use a SECURE SOCKET LAYER (SSL) protocol to protect your information against any leakage or misuse. The use of SSL encryption scrambles data sent from the browser to the ArtRebels-shop server in such a way that only PBS who handles payment can read it. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the bottom of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration. The Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is the standard for secure data transmission over the Internet. SSL uses authentication and encryption technology developed by RSA Data Security Inc. Web browsers such as Netscape's Navigator and Microsoft's Internet Explorer support SSL.
We take all reasonable care to make our website as secure as possible. We will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure and in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site. Furthermore, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account username.
Liability
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under the preceding clause and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question if returned within seven days of receipt.
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
Ownership of rights
All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to ArtRebels ApS, Copenhagen, Denmark. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of ArtRebels ApS, Copenhagen. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.
Accuracy of content
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the color reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in color caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
Jurisdiction
This website, these terms and conditions and any contract entered into as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with Danish Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.

Shipping
Stock permitting, all orders placed with the ArtRebels-shop are usually dispatched to all customers within 2-4 working days. All our shipments are send via international postal services
(or by UPS).
Whilst we have no control over the delivery of items to you, indicative timings are as follows:
Denmark: 1-2 working days from dispatch of order
Scandinavia: 1-6 working days from dispatch of order
European Union: 2-5 working days from dispatch of order
United States of America: 5-6 working days from dispatch of order
